Probably not. In 29 years of representing taxpayers I have seen lots of IRS problems big and small. The most important thing to me is that it is big to you and we will treat your IRS problem big or small with immediate attention. We have represented taxpayers who owe hundreds of thousands to those with relatively minor issues and everything in between. I sense from my customers who bring us these issues that the uncertainty and just not knowing what is going on with IRS is a significant mental burden that you don't need.
